Four students of a women's college in Dumka were arrested for misbehaving with a fellow student, the police said today.

An FIR was lodged and the statement of the victim was registered before the arrests were made, Dumka Superintendent of Police (SP) Mayur Patel said.

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das had asked the Dumka administration to act quickly.

He had also asked the administration to take strong action against the culprits so that such incidents do not take place in future, an official release said.
