The district excise department has seized 400 cartons of liquor, valued at Rs 15 lakh, from a truck near Makhiyali village in the district.
"The truck was intercepted yesterday and cartons of liquor were found hidden under grain sacks. The driver of the truck fled the spot," said excise official A K Singh.
