5.1-magnitude quake jolts Tibetan county

A 5.1-magnitude earthquake today hit Litang County, Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze, in China's southwestern Sichuan Province.

According to the China Earthquake Networks Centre (CENC), the epicenter, with a depth of about 16 km, was monitored at 30.10 degrees north latitude and 99.61 degrees east longitude.

No casualties have been reported so far, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
