Murad Nagar Police arrested five auto lifters and recovered 8 cars, two mini trucks and illegal arms from their possession.
On a tip-off police raided Toffee factory located at Basantpur Sainthli village of the area and nabbed Maroof, Ikram, Kasim, Arpan and Sahil resident of Meerut, MuzaffarNagar and Ghaziabad districts, SHO Murad Nagar Police Station, Subodh Saxena said today.
After getting information from the arrested persons police seized eight cars and two Mini trucks (chota hathi) three country made pistols 315 bore, 3 live cartridges and one knife from them , the SHO said.
