5 children among 12 who died in three accidents in Rajasthan

Twelve persons, including 5 children. Were killed in three separate road accidents in Rajasthan during the last 24 hours.

Five persons, including three women, were killed and 19 others injured when a truck hit a tractor trolley they were travelling in.

The accident occurred last night near Bamla village in Baran district when the victims were on their way to a nearby place, police said.

Madan (22), Kesar Bai Gujar (70), Ravi Shankar (55), Bhuriya (15) and Dipika (13) were killed in the accident, they said.

The injured have been admitted to the district hospital where their condition is learnt to be stable.
 

The bodies have been handed over to family members after postmortem, the police said.

In Sikar district, three persons were killed when the auto-rickshaw they were travelling in collided with a truck early today.

The three persons, all related to each other, were returning from Nawalgarh town when the collision took place in Dadia police station area.

Vijay Kumar Sansi (20), Kanaram (12) and Sanju (18) were killed in the accident, police said.

The bodies were handed over to their family members after postmortem.

In Karauli district, four persons were killed, including a couple and their children, when a jeep hit a the bike which was going to Kaurali from Hindaun late yesterday night.

Three including Ajay Tamoli (35), Jyoti (32) and Jasu (3) died on spot whereas Janvi (6) died while undergoing treatment in Karauli.
