The air traffic to and fro Srinagar International Airport was affected due to snowfall and five flights were cancelled in the morning.
"While 10 flights operated, five were cancelled due to inclement weather," Director, Airport Authority of India (AAI), Srinagar Airport, Sharad Kumar told PTI here.
Kumar said five morning flights could not land at the airport which was covered with snow and had to be cancelled.

As the weather improved in the afternoon, air traffic resumed at the airport, he said.
The Kashmir Valley, including Srinagar, witnessed snowfall which started late last night and continued intermittently during the first half of the day.
