Five girl students from Bihar will participate as child representatives in the International Child Film Festival starting in Hyderabad from November 14.
The girls from government girls school at Shashtrinagar here have been chosen to participate as child representatives from Bihar in the 18th International Child Film Festival starting at Hyderabad from November 14, Director of Regional Prasar Bharti Directorate S K Malviya and Director Press Information Bureau Vijay Kumar told reporters here today.
They said a total of 111 child representatives would participate in the film festival which would be inaugurated by Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tiwari and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Malviya said during the festival around 1.5 lakh children will see more than 200 films of 48 countries.
