Five persons, including two women, were killed today when their vehicle fell into a gorge near Kio village, about 180 km from here.
All the five occupants of the SUV were on their way to Kio from Rampur, police said.
District administration and police reached the spot with rescue team and the bodies were recovered, officials said.
Mangal Singh, his wife Santosh, Kahan Chand, Satya and her one year old son, all hailing from Kio were killed in the accident.
The bodies have been sent for post mortem.
