Five persons were killed and seven others injured in two separate road mishaps in Doda and Ramban districts of Jammu and Kashmir today.
Four persons died on the spot and two others were injured when their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge at Thalela in Prem Nagar area of Doda at around 12 noon, police said.
The victims were on way to Pull Doda from Chirala when the car rolled down the gorge, they said.
Meanwhile, one person was killed and five others were injured when the vehicle they were travelling in skidded off the road and fell down into 200-feet deep gorge at Sherbibi on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban this afternoon, they said.
