The accident occurred when the bus driver, who was apparently in an inebriated condition, lost control over the wheels and the speeding vehicle collided with the tractor coming from the opposite direction around 8 am today, SSP Bulandshahr, Gulab Singh said.
All the passengers in the bus, which was on way to Sikandrabad from Kakod, were injured in the accident, Singh said adding, the bus driver managed to escape.
The injured have been taken to the district hospital, where condition of seven was stated to be serious.
