A 50-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself, police said today.
Dalip Mandal, hailing from Murshidabad in West Bengal, went home in an inebriated condition and hung himself after a heated argument with his partner last night, police said.
His partner Seema then called neighbours and informed police.
The body has been sent for postmortem and the matter is being probed, they said.
