Six persons were injured, four of them seriously, today when their car skidded off the road and fell into a 125-feet deep gorge in Doda district, the police said.
The incident occurred in the Pakkipari area when the victims were going from Baggar to Batote.
"A police team was rushed to the spot and along with locals rescued the injured, who were admitted to a hospital in Batote," Deputy SP Iftkhar Ahmed said.
Four persons, whose condition was stated as serious, were shifted to Jammu for further treatment, he said.
The police have registered a case and the matter is being probed.
