Six persons, including two women, were killed and four others injured in a road accident in Medak district of Telangana this evening, police said.
The victims were travelling in a mini-truck which was hit by a speeding lorry from the rear side near Kandi village of the district, about 100 km from here, at around 4 pm, a senior police officer said.
Five of the mini-truck occupants were killed on the spot. Five others were injured and one of them died while undergoing treatment at a hospital, he said.
