Police said it all began yesterday when Bishandas's nephew Kailash Chandra returned home in his car. Chandra saw that a truck was parked in front of the house, occupying the space where they were supposed to park their car.
An argument ensued between the driver of the truck and Chandra and Kailash's father Chandrabhan and relatives Bishandas and Amritlal, too, joined in the same.
"The matter subsided and the truck left the spot. However, within minutes, five to six men reached there with rods, vandalised the car and thrashed the four persons of Kailash's family," police said.
Kailash, Chandrabhan, Bishandas and Amritlal sustained serious injuries in the attack and were rushed to hospital where Bishandas succumbed to his injuries today.
