Delhi Police seized 66 cartons of liquor and cash worth Rs 26 lakh from various parts of the national capital ahead of assembly election tomorrow.
While two incidents were reported from Sarai Rohilla area in North district, three cases were reported from the East district, police said today.
In the first incident, police got a tip off on Monday night about liquor being stored at a flat in Anand Parvat area. Police reached the location and found the house locked.

In another incident reported on Monday late night, police recovered around 60 litres of liquor which was kept on the terrace of the house of a slum dweller in sacks in Dayabasti area.
The sacks contained five different varieties of whisky.
In both the cases, the owner of the houses were not present but have been identified and would be arrested soon, police said.
Three incidents were reported from Kalyanpuri and New Ashok Nagar area in the East district.
In Kalyanpuri area, the office of a property dealer was raided jointly by police and flying squads of the Election Commission.
The office which belonged to Sonu Malhotra, was registered in the name of 'Malhotra property dealer' and four cartons of whisky were seized from his office. Sonu is yet to be arrested.
In another incident from the same area, five cartons of liquor were seized from an auto driver who was later arrested.
In the second incident, a Honda City was spotted in New Ashok Nagar carrying five cartons containing 48 quarters of wine which were seized.
The owner of the car identified as Sanjay Kumar was arrested by the police and a case under appropriate section of the excise department act was registered against him, police said.
Till now, 1642.22 litres of country made liquor, and 758.7 litres of Indian made foreign liquor along with 585 bottles of beer hasve been seized by the police in the pre-election drive.
Cash worth Rs 1.57 crore has been recovered along with 72 licensed arms, 1633 unlicensed arms and 96 cartridges.
