6th TREDA Property Show begins from Oct 2

Real estate players expect residential property prices to go up by 10-15 per cent within one year in Hyderabad.

"The price still continues to be among the lowest in Hyderabad when compared to other parts of the country. We are expecting 10-15 per cent hike in prices in residential space during the next 6 months to 1-year period," Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) President P Dasharath Reddy told reporters here today.

TREDA today announced that the 6th TREDA Property Show will be commence on October 2.

To a query on the outlook in the real estate industry, Reddy said, "Now 15 months after the bifurcation (of Andhra Pradesh), the real estate market is stabilising.
 

After stagnation in the industry in Hyderabad.. With positive attitude of the Telangana government and several announcements to attract investments, the real estate market is now looking upward which will definitely be good for construction and real estate sector."

PE (private equity) investors are looking at Hyderabad and they are in talks with real estate developers (on investing) and they may come forward with investments in the next 4-6 months, another TREDA official said.

The three-day property show would be held from October 2 at HITEX exhibition centre here.

About 180 stalls by real estate developers, builders, housing finance companies, material manufacturers, suppliers and banks will display their latest properties and services offered to prospective buyers, Reddy said.

TREDA also launched an mobile app that will enable users to undertake property search. It will also provide information on the forthcoming property show.
