Punjab government today appointed seven chairpersons of different Boards and Corporations in the state with immediate effect.
Shakti Kumar Sharma has been appointed the Chairman of Punjab Small Industrial Export Corporation (PSIEC) and Vinod Kumar Sharma has been appointed Chairman of Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board (PWSSB), a spokesperson of the Chief Minister's Office said here.
Raghunath Singh Rana has been named Chairman of Punjab Medium Industries Development Board, Vijay Sampla Chairman of Punjab State Forest Development Corporation, Harjeet Singh Grewal has been appointed Chairman of Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board, Manjeet Singh Rai has been named Chairman of Punjab Information and Communication Corporation (Punjab Infotech) and Narottam Dev Ratti has been appointed the Chairman of Punjab Traders Board.
Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has also approved the appointment of Kamaljeet Singh Hayer as Member of Punjab State Commission for NRIs.
