Seven trainee Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) officers have contracted swine flu while staying at the Officers Training School here, a top medical officer said today.
Seven of the 284 trainee RAS officers staying at the OTS were diagnosed with swine flu in the last two days, Chief Medical and Health Officer (Jaipur-1) Dr Narottam Sharma said.
Four of them were confirmed today, he added.

Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr Hari Shankar said 13 other patients were diagnosed swine flu positive in the city.
Taking stock of the situation, Health Minister Kalicharan Saraf today met senior officers of the department and ordered immediate action be taken to prevent and contain the disease.
As per medical and health department records, 241 swine flu deaths have occurred in the state since January. Nearly 11,721 people were tested for swine flu from January 1 to December 19, of which 3,214 were confirmed positive.
