The mishap took place near Mahua Pathak village this evening, said L V Antony Devkumar, DIG Bareilly.
All the seven, including driver of the truck, died on the spot.
Identity of three victims has been established, which included a college principal Devesh Vaishya, truck driver Tillu and one Shama Gupta.
Efforts were on to establish the identity of rest of the deceased, the DIG said.
The injured have been admitted to a district hospital.
