At least seven persons were killed and five others injured when a passenger jeep collided with an oil tanker on Shahjahanpur-Sitapur National Highway at Roza area of this district today.
Three of the victims are Ramswaroop, Kamlesh and Radheshyam while the rest are yet to be identified, Circle Officer, Sadar, Krisha Gopal Yadav said.
All the five injured were rushed to a hospital, the SHO said. The condition of three of the injured was critical and they have been referred to Barailey.
