A local court has sentenced a man to seven years in prison for robbing a conductor on board a bus in 2007.
Judge Ravindra Singh found the accused Pradeep of village Kheria guilty yesterday.
OnJuly 5, 2007, a rodaways bus of Mahoba Depot was carrying passengers from Delhi to Mahoba. When the bus reached near Hathras, some passengersentered the bus and soon the conductor of the bus was robbed at gunpoint.
An FIR in this connection was lodged at KotwaliPilua and police had arrested Pradeepand recovered the looted belongings from his possession.
