A top health official says a seventh doctor in Sierra Leone has died of Ebola.
Dr Moses Kargbo, who had been a retired medical officer in the Ministry of Health, died today at the Hastings Ebola Treatment Center east of the capital, Freetown, where he had been receiving treatment.
He had been volunteering to help fight the spread of the virus at a government hospital in the central Tonkolili district.

It comes a day after that of Dr Martin Salia, a surgeon who contracted Ebola in Sierra Leone and was transported to a Nebraska hospital over the weekend for aggressive treatment.
Ebola has killed more than 5,000 people in West Africa, mostly in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone.
