Eight persons, allegedly involved in the sensational murder of two traders and robbing them, have been booked under the Gangster Act and a charge sheet has been filed against them, a police official said today.
An FIR was yesterday registered against the eight robbery accused under the Gangster Act, DSP Rakesh Vashistha said, adding the charge sheet in the murder-cum-robbery case was filed against 10 accused as one accused had committed suicide in Agra.
Kingpin of robbery Rakesh alias Ranga, his associates Kamesh alias Chini, Neeraj Chaturvedi, Vishnu, Ayush, Aditya Kumar, Saurabh Yadav and Mahesh Yadav have been booked under the Gangster Act, he said.

On May 15, two traders - Vikas and Megh - were killed and two others were injured during a robbery in Koyalawali Gali in the city.
According to police, 10 accused were nabbed afterwards and sent to jail.
