While Rakesh Biswas, having clocked 10.41.45 hrs, topped the race, Chandan Sarkar came as second with 10.46.40 hr timing in the competition organised by Murshidabad district swimming association.
Palash Barik became third with 10.47.45 hr.
Swimming Federation of India General Secretary Kamalesh Nanabati congratulated the participants.
West Bengal minister Subroto Saha was also present.
