Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has approved a notification to regularize 875 unauthorized colonies throughout the state.
Regularisation of 103 colonies has been approved in Ambala district, 18 colonies in Bhiwani district and 41 colonies in Fatehabad district, a spokesman of Urban Local Bodies Department said here today.
Similarly, 66 colonies have been approved for regularisation in Faridabad district, 76 colonies in Gurgaon district, 78 colonies in Hisar district, 44 colonies in Jhajjar district, 102 colonies in Jind district, 30 colonies in Kaithal, 46 colonies in Karnal, 47 colonies in Kurukshetra, four colonies in Mewat and 26 colonies in Mahendergarh district, the spokesman said.
He said 13 colonies had been approved for regularisation in Palwal district, 20 colonies in Panipat district, 14 colonies in Rewari district, 57 colonies in Rohtak district, 37 colonies each in Sirsa and Sonipat districts and 16 colonies in Yamunanagar district.
