At least nine persons were killed and 21 others injured when a bus fell into a gorge near Pangzawl village in Mizoram's Lunglei district early this morning, police said.
The private bus was going from Aizawl towards Siaha town in southernmost Mizoram's Siaha district when it rolled down and fell into a gorge 500 metres below the National Highway No. 54, they said.
All bodies have been recovered and the condition of two of the injured persons were stated to be critical, police added.
