Altogether 95 employees of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) have been honoured with Nehru Vishista Karmachari Puraskar for display of commitment and excellence in work.
The awards were presented at a ceremony organised by RSP here on the occasion of the Independence Day August 15, RSP said in a release.
RSP's CEO Ashwini Kumar presented the award to the 95 employees.
Like previous years, this year too, the spouses of the award winners were invited to the stage to receive the awards along with the winners.
Each of the winners was presented with a certificate, Rs 5000 and a gift.
