Delhiites witnessed a chilly but clear day today as the temperature remained below normal and cold winds swept across the city.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 20 degrees Celsius, which was a notch below normal while the minimum was 4.9 degrees Celsius, two degrees below normal for this time of the year.
The city witnessed traces of rainfall in past 24 hours ending at 8.30 in the morning, while the humidity level was recorded as high as 97 per cent and minimum was 42 per cent.
