Yubrani defeated local girl Prathibha Narayan 6-2 2-6 6-2 in the other semi-finals.
Both Aadhya and Yubrani are in line for a double, as the duo also made the doubles final with a 7-5,6-1 victory over Parvvi Patil and Annika Kannan.
Top seed Rohan K Reddy of Andhra Pradesh cruised into the boys final, blasting C H Arjun 6-1 6-1 and in the final, he will meet Sundar Arvind, who stopped the fine run of qualifier Karthkyean Ravi at 6-4 6-4.
Rohan also entered the doubles final, partnering C H Arjun.
