Yuva Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray today met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to draw his attention to "the lack of security" at Juhu aerodrome here.

"Met Fadnavisji to discuss two major issues- lack of security at the Juhu aerodrome and the proposed Mumbai Garden at Race Course," the son of Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray said.

"I had written a letter to Central Govt in 2014 about the lack of security personnel at Juhu Aerodrome, making Mumbai vulnerable to terrorism," Aaditya tweeted after the meeting.

"We need to have CISF protect such a sensitive Aerodrome at Juhu," he said.

"The CM has agreed to act upon my request. Juhu Aerodrome urgently needs CISF cover to avoid attack through that installation," Aaditya said.
