Activists of two groups today burned an effigy of Aam Adami Party leader Prashant Bhushan in front of state assembly for his alleged remarks on referendum on Kashmir issue.

State president of Muslim Rashtriya Manch, Shafayat Hussain alleged that by talking about referrendum on withdrawing armed forces from the valley, Bhushan has indirectly advocated the separatists.

Convenor of the Friends of BJP, Mohd Jeeshan Khan alleged that with its entry in politics the AAP has hammered the public sentiments on a sensitive issue like Kashmir.

The two leaders said they have addressed a memorandum to the President in this regard.
