Aam Aadmi Party MP Bhagwant Mann today said that he will meet farmers of the state as he wanted to see the vaunted 'Gujarat model' of development first hand.
"I am in Gujarat to see the condition of farmers. The condition of farmers is the same in the entire country whether it is Bihar, Maharashtra, Punjab or Gujarat. Had farmers' problem been solved in Gujarat, their situation would have been different," he told reporters here.
"We cite the example of Gujarat in Punjab, but the situation seems to be no longer different here. That is why I am here to see the Gujarat Model," he said.
