Launching a fresh attack on Rahul Gandhi, AAP leader Kumar Vishwas today said the Congress Vice-President was not capable of taking up any responsibility in the country.
"He (Rahul) is not capable enough to take up any responsibility in the country as whenever sensitive issues like Damini and Gudia (rape cases) came to the fore, he remained abroad," he told reporters here.
"He was never seen in and outside Parliament putting forth his views on serious issues...The people cannot hand over the country's rule to him," the Aam Aadmi Party leader said.

During his visit here, Vishwas held meetings at Jamo and Jagdishpur areas of the district and sought details of funds spent on Amethi's development.
"It is ironic that even 20 per cent of roads were not constructed in Amethi under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY)," he claimed.
Vishwas had yesterday also attacked the Congress MP in his Parliamentary constituency, questioning his claims on development of Amethi and had said he should explain where thousands of crores of rupees meant for development had gone.
