AAP to hold massive rally in Haryana to expand its presence

After Punjab, AAP is now seeking to strengthen its presence in Haryana and the party will hold a massive public rally in the state under the leadership of its chief Arvind Kejriwal within the next two months.

AAP Uttam Nagar MLA from Delhi and Haryana party in-charge Naresh Balyan today said the party will test its fortunes in the next Assembly elections and work to build a strong team has begun.

"We have formed 16 districts Haryana Lok Sabha presidents, research teams in-charge, legal cell in-charge, Haryana state spokesperson, grievance cell, disciplinary action committee from 55 workers out of the hundreds of workers today, who were part of the meeting," he said.

"We will review the performance of these teams within three months, and changes will be done if needed," he added.

The workers also today discussed the future role of AAP district unit and party expansion within every district of Haryana.

Balyan also hit out at M L Khattar-led Haryana government alleging that the BJP has not even completed 16 schemes out of 260 of them, within the tenure of one-and-a-half year here.

"Within less than a year of being in power, Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government has done every welfare and development works which connects directly with the common man whether it was power issue or tariff rates, water shortage, curbing corruption and other matters, including pollution as proposed in our party manifesto during the last Delhi Assembly elections," Balyan claimed.

The party (AAP) has declared various committees at district levels, and now the members at those levels will be responsible for constituting the same team at Vidhan Sabha and booths levels so that AAP can be strengthened its ground in Haryana, spokesperson of AAP Haryana unit said.
