Judge Shyam Lal got infuriated over the behaviour of Sub Inspector Narenderi Devi, who was sitting near Nupur Talwar.
After court proceedings, the judge wrote a letter to SSP Ghaziabad and directed action against the officer.
The judge also directed the SSP to inform the court in a week about the action taken against the officer, sources said.
