Iqbal was found with his hands bound by a rope on Jhalawar road yesterday, SHO Anantpura Rajesh Saini said.
Iqbal told police that he was abducted by some persons from Udaipur village bypass road on July 18, when he was on his way for some work.
They robbed Rs 18,000 from him, snatched his phone and wrist watch, the SHO said.
Iqbal also claimed that they kept him for three nights at different locations, before dumping him yesterday.
He has been handed over to Alwar police for further probe into the matter, Saini said.
