Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today assured the members of the Assembly that the accused in an attempted sexual exploitation case would be nabbed soon.

Stating that the investigation into the case is in an advanced stage, Das said he would ask the police to send a team to Rajasthan to get the accused arrested.

Das' reply came after Jharkhand Vikas Morcha legislature party leader Pradip Yadav raised concern in the delay in arresting the accused though the victim had lodged an FIR on February 6.

Yadav also informed the chief minister that a court has already issued a warrant against the accused, who is a high official of a university of Rajasthan.

The incident reportedly took place in a hotel in Ranchi last month and also in Jaipur with the victim who is a student of the university.
