Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Backward Castes Commission today said certain IAS and IPS officers want to create instability in the state and government was identifying such officers.
"There are some IAS and IPS officers, who want to create instability in the state...The state government is identifying such officers," Ram Asrey Vishwakarma told reporters here.
He said after the suspension of IAS officer Durga Sakthi Nagpal, officers who want to create instability have come under scrutiny.

On opposition parties, he said Congress and BJP have lost relevance in the state and the main contest in the forthcoming general elections would be between SP and BSP.
"The next government at the Centre will be formed by the third front and Mulayam Singh Yadav will become Prime Minister," he said.
