Adani Transmission raises Rs 750 cr via NCDs

Adani Transmission, a part of conglomerate Adani Group, today said it has raised Rs 750 crore by allotment of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.

"The company has raised Rs 750 crore....On May 30, 2016 by allotment of 7,500 Rated, Listed, Taxable, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each in 5 Series on private placement basis," Adani Transmission said in a filing to BSE.

The said NCDs will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE Ltd, it said.

Adani Transmission last week reported consolidated net profit of Rs 95.28 crore for the March quarter.
 

Adani Transmission operates over 5,000 circuit km of transmission lines across western and northern regions of India along with 12,000 MVA transformation capacity.
