Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today directed officials to redress public grievances in a timebound manner by registering all complaints received during public hearing on Rajasthan Sampark Portal.
Chairing a review meeting on public grievances here, Raje said every department should be serious about the complaints registered and address them timely.
She asked the parliamentary secretaries present in the meeting to help the Public Grievances Redressal Committee Chairman Srikrishan Patidar in resolving the complaints and make frequent enquiries and cross verification about the resolution of the grievances, a release said.
She said departmental action should be taken against any official who disposed off a complaint wrongfully or marked it 'disposed' on the basis of a false report.
