Adil Kalyanpur and Mahak Jain, the winners of the 'Rendez-Vous' event, were today named in the junior Indian Davis Cup and Fed Cup teams which will compete in the Asia/Oceania zone here next month.
Adil, who trains with former Davis Cupper Vishal Uppal, has Siddhant Banthia and Megh Bharghav Kumar Patel as his teammates.
Dhakshineshwar Suresh and Abhimanyu Vannemreddy were the reserve players in the side that will compete at DLTA complex from April 4 to 9.
Mahak, Sathwika Sama and Shivani Ingle were selected for the Fed Cup competition that will be held from April 11-15.
Vaidehi Chaudhary and junior national champion Sabhyata Nihlani were named as reserves.
Vishal Uppal was appointed captain and coach of the Davis Cup team while former natioanl champion Ankita Bhambri will be the captain and coach of the Fed Cup team.
