Arya, a 1981-batch IPS officer, is at present Special Commissioner (Armed Police) in Delhi Police, a statement said.
Ajay Kumar, a 2001-batch IPS officer, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police in Prime Minister's Security wing after his transfer from Lakshadweep, it added.
