Alekh Sethi (35), a member of the local bar association and former Zilla Parishad member of Dhenkanal district was knocked down near Nilachal Refractory on the outskirts of the town last night.
He was shifted to SCB Medical College Hospital at Cuttack in a critical condition, but died today. PTI COR SKN PR
