Advocate murdered by unidentified gang

A 34-year-old advocate of the High Court was murdered by an unidentified gang when he was returning home after attending a temple function, police said here today.

M K Raja, brother of PMK state vice-president M K Stalin, was returning home in a car after attending a temple function last night along with his friends when the gang intercepted the vehicle near Koil Sannpuram railway gate and attacked him.

Raja died on the spot, police said.
