Afghanistan women's volleyball team will visit India tomorrow on the invitation of Volleyball Federation of India (VFI) for a short training trip.
During the tour, the Afghan eves will play friendly matches against the Indian women's side, the Embassy of India in Afghanistan said in a statement.
Apart from New Delhi, the Afghan team will also visit Jaipur during their short stay.
"India is deeply committed for the development of Afghanistan in all the fields including sports. This is a small contribution from India in empowering Afghan women, apart from the India's role in education and developmental assistance," the statement said.
"The Embassy of India in Afghanistan also thanks the management of Kam Air for their support in organising this coaching tour," it added.
