Agarwal-Dhamne pair lifts boys' title

Third seeds Daksh Agarwal and Manas Dhamne lifted the boys' doubles crown in the MSLTA KPIT-Arun Wakankar Memorial ATF Asian U14 Series tennis tournament today.

Agarwal and Dhamne got the better of top seeds Shivam Kadam and Nithis Nallusamy 7-5, 5-7, 10-6.

The girls' doubles title was won by second seeds Shruti Ahlawat and Veda Prapurna.

The duo upset top seeds Hetvee Chaudhari and Pari Sigh 6-2,4-6,10-7 in the final.

Incidentally, all four doubles titlists will have a chance to add the singles title tomorrow at the Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Balewadi here.

The boys' singles final will feature Agarwal and Dhamne, while Shruti will clash with Veda for the girls' singles crown.
