The Delhi unit of Congress will take out a 'Dalit Nyay March' to highlight the "neglect" of the community by the Aam Aadmi Party government and BJP ruled civic bodies in the national capital.
The 'Dalit Nyay March' will start on March 8 from Mongolpuri ward. It will be taken out in all the 46 wards, reserved for SC candidates, in three municipal corporations of the national capital, Delhi Congress chief Ajay Maken said.
"Neglect of the Dalit community under the AAP government in Delhi and the BJP-ruled MCDs will be exposed during the march," he said.
Elections for the 272 wards of the three municipal corporations are scheduled to be held in April.
