The AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) today observed the 10th edition of International Condom Day to raise awareness on the use of condoms.
This year's theme is 'Always in Fashion'.
"The theme denotes that fashion may come and go but condoms are ever to stay," a AHF statement said.
"Condom awareness among the masses is important, especially for the younger generation," MP Oscar Fernandes was quoted as saying in a release.
"We need to remind them that correct and consistent use of condom is the safest and the most effective way to prevent HIV and STIs," he said.
