The meeting would be held at the AIADMK headquarters here under its Presidium Chairman E Madhusudanan, she said in a party statement.
Without mentioning the purpose of the meeting, she asked all party MPs and MLAs to participate without fail.
The ruling party in the state has a strength of 150 MLAs and 14 Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs put together.
Jayalalithaa has already announced support for NDA's presidential nominee, P A Sangma.
