Warning fresh stir, an organisation which is spearheading the pro-quota Jat stir today asked the government to meet its demands including the release of "innocent youths" who were arrested during the Jat agitation in February.

"We have decided to launch a fresh stir if our demands are not met soon," All India Jat Arakshan Samiti (AIJASS) President Yashpal Malik said at the 'Bhaichara' rally.

He claimed that the rally saw participation from other communities including the Patidars from Gujarat and some OBC communities from Maharashtra.

On the fresh stir, Malik said a decision will be taken next month.

The AIJASS is also demanding compensation for the kin of those who lost their lives in the recent agitation.
